In 1996 he graduated from the Higher School of Law «Adilet». From 1996 to 1998, he worked in the public service at the Securities Commission and the National Pension Agency. From 1998 to 1999 he worked as the Director of Legal Affairs of the Almaty Radiotelevision Transmitting Station (TV Tower on Kok-Tobe). Since 2000, he has been engaged in private legal practice. Since January 2023 - Lawyer of the International Foundation for Freedom of Speech  Protection «Adil soz».
