Freelancers and bloggers can apply independently.
Candidates eligible for participation in the project should:
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in journalism (blogging).
- Understand the goals and objectives of the project and align with them.
- Have the ability and willingness to dedicate sufficient time and effort to the project.
- Be capable of meeting deadlines and ethical principles.
The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the first stream is until October 15, 2023, inclusive.
