This project raises a current problem: the quality and level of service on Kazakhstan's toll roads do not meet the established requirements. This is confirmed by the many complaints from drivers that appear whenever articles about toll roads are published in the media or on social networks. Motorists complain about poor road surfaces, late snow clearing and a lack of repairs, and they point out that road quality stays the same while tariffs rise. Road accidents and temporary road closures also often occur on toll highways.
