Since 2024, a law in Kazakhstan has allowed parents to transfer their children from one school to another at any time of the year. However, while the paperwork has become easier, is it truly that simple for a child to adapt to a new school environment? Unfortunately, this challenge has yet to be addressed systematically within the country’s education system. In this video, the author not only highlights the difficulties children face when changing cities, schools, and social circles, but also draws on examples from education systems both in neighboring countries and further abroad, offering potential solutions to the problem.
