Plastic products are widely used in everyday life. They are durable and do not decompose naturally, which causes significant harm to the environment. Today, recycling plastic waste remains a pressing issue in our country.
One solution is to take plastic to designated eco-points for further recycling. This is a process that is both economically and environmentally beneficial. In cities such as Astana, Almaty, and Karaganda, there are collection points for recyclable materials, which are then transferred to waste processing enterprises. In Karaganda, however, the eco-point not only collects waste but also processes it on-site. Here, recycled plastic is used to produce manhole covers and paving slabs.
